In-Shop
Some issues are best fixed back at our shop. Whether it be long software installs or hardware repairs. We can bring your device to our shop for repairs.
Over-the Phone
Sometimes all you need is a quick conversation over the phone to resolve some issues.
Mail-In (Coming Soon)
Box up your device and send it to us for repair. When available, we will have step-by-step instructions for properly packaging your device, creating a ticket and boxing it all up together.
Service Rates
$75/hr for all labor
+$25 trip charge for Onsite visits
